If you’re looking to get moving, complete your first 5k, 10k, half marathon, or marathon, we can help you! We have experienced runners and certified running coaches that can help encourage you to reach your goal. We would love to help you in your running journey! Join us for a run and then pop in for a class – all of the services that we offer in studio are a great compliment to runners!
- Yoga helps to build strength, stability, and flexibility all while teaching you how to breathe and concentrate.
- Pilates Reformer is a low impact workout that builds full body strength while focusing on the core.
- Barre helps to build strength in those little tiny muscles that you don’t typically use while running by doing isometric movements. The small weights used in barre classes help to build muscle endurance.
