HOT 60 (Heated)
60 Minutes

Get ready to sweat! This therapeutic sequence is a variation of the original hot yoga 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, and it is designed to heal, strengthen, and balance the body as well as focus and challenge the mind. Practiced in a hot room, this class leaves you feeling detoxified and refreshed from the inside out. Temperature varies between 105-112 degrees

FIT FLOW (Heated)
60 minutes

This combination of a Yoga and Fitness class is performed in a heated room ranging from 95-102 degrees. This class is a high intensity yoga workout with the option to use various props to intensify the workout. Come to sweat, build strength, and push yourself out of your comfort zone!

HATHA FLOW (Lightly heated)
60 minutes

Hatha Flow is a gentle class focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with breath. The class will offer seated, standing, and some inverted postures. More challenging options will be offered to advanced students, and non-intimidating modifications offered for newer students. Beginners are welcomed!

RESTORE (Lightly Heated)
60 Minutes 

Lightly heated gentle yoga sequence intended to restore the mind and body. All levels welcomed. *Temperature ranges between 80-85 degrees

GENTLE FLOW (Non Heated)
60 Minutes 

Get your body moving in this gentle yoga flow. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body as well as slower paced movements to focus on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. No experience or flexibility required.

RESTORE (Non Heated)
60 Minutes 

A non heated gentle yoga sequence intended to restore the mind and body. All levels welcomed.


Barre & Pilates

50-55 Minutes

Barre workouts are intensely focused on improving core strength, developing the stabilizing muscles of the shoulder and hip girdles, and enhances strength and flexibility. The workouts can help improve alignment and posture. This is done by performing isometric exercises and small movement works that work muscles at a specific joint angle within a given range of motion. Its a total body workout, low impact, improves endurance, enhances the mind-body connection, and its a lot of fun!

45 minutes

All of the moves that you love in Barre packed into a 45 minute class! Barre Express will keep you moving from beginning until end offering more intensity than our traditional barre class!

Barre is a ballet inspired workout combining ballet inspired moves with elements of pilates, dance, and strength training. Barre sculpt adds and extra element of strength by incorporating heavier weights to lift, tone, and strengthen the body. All levels are welcomed.

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while still working the full body. All levels welcomed.
