Private Reformer sessions may be scheduled for 60 or 45 minute sessions. Please note that all new clients must complete the Initial consult Series prior to booking additional sessions.
Group Reformer classes are regularly scheduled 45 minute classes for up to 4 clients.

About the Reformer
Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine used to incorporate the PILATES exercise and technique used for a challenging, intense, yet low impact workout. Springs, leverage and body weight are used as resistance while performing movements targeting specific muscle groups.
